Strange google drive

Something strange is happening to the Google Drive sync - when pulling, it doesn't pull the latest version. Anyone else seeing it? Is it a common bug or just my phone's?

  1. No it is working, I sent you mail with 4 pictures about problems. When I uninstall and reinstallation I used the sync of drive and got my everything. I am waiting for bug fixes immediately. I can read my actions but I cannot change reccurnecy, you know that.

    1. What do you mean? When you complete an action, it stays on the same page, just down the list (if it's list). It's there unless you explicitly delete it.

  3. Hi,
    I recognised sth. Today,
    I organized my daily program including actions which are placed 3squares. This morning reminders worked very well, but after this evening I couldn't be reminded by the app. For instance at 8pm I have a mission in 1st square which specified with on reccurence days, Aug 1st, and every weekdays. When and which conditions the app reminds us?
    Can you explain? İf you need, I can send photos to you. Thanks in advance.

  5. I lost all my previous data. I don't know may be due to some Google Drive error. Can I get it back?

    1. Did you previously create a backup using Google Drive that did work? Google Drive usually keeps revisions of the files for 30 days. You can go to Drive's web interface, find the MyEffectiveness.bcp file, download its previous revision manually to your phone and restore from it. I actually this a similar thing recently, it has helped me a lot.

  6. From my July 31st post regarding seeing a list of my completed actions for each goal.
    I want to be able to view all the actions that I completed to see all the milestones I accomplished but also to be able to use the same actions in a template again.

  7. The problem I have when I switch back and forth from tablet to phone is when I sync
    If I used my tablet last, I would push up to Drive. But when I use my phone after that, I would try to pull it by nothing gets updated. I would then do a restore from share but it doesn't sync with my tablet. Then on my phone I would do a Restore from share but it would say "Upload from file Onedrive" and not see the option for Drive. I tried to male Drive my Default app, it worked once but not anymore since it say upload from file only option is Onedrive
    Please let me know how to fix this.
    Also, I believe the sync w/drive is a big problem. You have a great app but this needs to sync on auto.

    I posted 2 other issues but you still haven't replied.
    I try to sync from phone to tablet by backing up and sharing from one to device then Restore from share and I get this error "All apps associated with this action are either turned off, blocked, etc..
    My phone doesn't sync with the last backup on Drive. My Google setting's do allow My Effectiveness pro to connect.
    Could you please answer this and my 2 other issues as well?

    1. Paul, it appears to be a bug in Google code - there are some other developers that report similar problems. There is no fix to the bug at the moment.

      As we said in the letter, in the next update we'll push mofied 'Restore from Share' so that you'll be able to use it while Google Drive sync is not fixed.
