Concerning the section "My Influence": How about adding a filter, so you can choose between concerns and influence? An example of how you could implement it without adding too much: just add another button called "Both" or so next to influence on the bottom of that page.
That way the buttons "Concern" and "Influence" are not just connected to another item to be added, but apply as well to the overall section.
